3" w/horizontal bar pin and black cardboard reverse w/manufacturers label reading "Peter P. Cappel, 21 Ann St., N.Y./R.L. Mfg Co. Pat. June 5, '99." Design features a large gold wreath framing McKinley's portrait done as a steel engraving by "Baldwin & Gleason." Light surface wear only in reflected light. NM. This scarce 1900 McKinley can be matched to a Bryan. Ron Koot Collection.
