3.5" cello w/5" long "Montgomery County Philadelphia" ribbon attached under cardboard insert. Produced by Phila. Badge Co. w/large "Philadelphia 17" union bug at 6 o'clock. Additional text below blue-tone portrait "Jan. 20, 1941." A few scattered bumps in reflected light otherwise only light surface wear. Ribbon has scattered dots of toning and two horizontal folds.
