Item Description
Cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 1" chromed metal case watch, complete w/original black leather band. Dial features full figure image of Mary Marvel (same as box/insert image) and "Mary Marvel" name. ©1948 Fawcett. Original foil tag around band lists original price of "$7.95" and "Mary Marvel" name. Complete w/Marvel Importing Corporation guarantee folder. Box lid has some lt. corner tip wear but remains tight and VF overall. Die-cut display insert shows some wear and has heavy fade to majority of red portions (whereas lid has strong red color) and is o/w Fine overall. Case retains near full luster and dial remains totally bright and clean. Luminous material on numerals and hands has aged slightly and no longer glows. Crystal has yellowed slightly w/age. Running and o/w Exc., old store stock.
