1.75" w/W&H advertising back paper. Additional text "June 24, 25, 26, 1899." Light surface wear only visible in reflected light. Exc. displaying Mint. Though TR was Gov. of New York at the time, he traveled to the event arriving a day late because of railroad washouts. Once he arrived he joined 600 members of the regiment for the historic celebration.
