Item Description
14x22" offset litho by "Lincoln Lithography Co." on thin uncoated stock. Photo of an African American farmer from Greenwood, MS w/additional text "Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee" and "8 1/2 Raymond St." Atlanta, GA address at bottom. Lyon, a noted photojournalist, was the staff photographer for SNCC and was present at many of the most important events of the civil rights movement. A horizontal fold at center. Otherwise only a faint paper clip stain at top right. Sharp corners and only trivial toning. An Exc. example of this iconic poster that can be paired with four others as a series. See previous item for "Is He Protecting You."
