1.75" w/real photo portraits. 1916. Joseph A. Whitehorn was elected as Alderman. Jerome T. De Hunt was unsuccessful in his bid for a spot on the Assembly but continued in Progressive politics eventually becoming a member of the American Labor Party. Edge stain that barely creeps into view at 10 o'clock and a faint light brown spot in field just above portrait of de Hunt.VF. Rare.
