4" w/Chicago union bug on curl at 7 o'clock. Hake #17. Holed at 3 and 9 o'clock for wire to attach to a license plate or radiator. Brown-tone portraits and US Capitol dome flanked by "1928" make this the preferred variety. Only trivial paint wear. Exc. Choice. As nice as they come and the ideal center piece for a 1928 riker display.
