23.25x27.75" stitched to 26x30.75" archival cotton backing. Glazed cotton banner w/portrait set against cream background and name below. Scattered fabric pulls and small losses most notably are a 1/8x1.5" horizontal area at center affecting portrait just below mustache, a .25" hole affecting left lapel and five holes affecting stars along top band. Displays VG. A rare and desirable 1908 campaign artifact.
