Item Description
10.5x12.25" acetate sheet (and accompanying sheet of animation paper w/penciled frame) features 3.25x3.5" image of the villain Vlix Oncard from the "Star Wars: Droids" animation series, which debuted Sept. 7, 1985 as a spin-off of the original "Star Wars" trilogy. Original production cel features hand-painted image that was used in the production of the animated TV show. Upper left corner has two creases; 2" and 4"; neither of which affect art, which remains Exc. and would display nicely if matted and framed. Most early cels from "Star Wars: Droids" were destroyed, making this a rare example, further enhanced by featuring a character w/a fabled history among collectors as the Vlix action figure is one of the hardest to come by.
