Item Description
While a UK issue by Somportex, all in this lot is from the Fleer Archives as they kept tabs on their competitor's products. Issued in 1966. Empty display box is 7.5x8.5x1.75" deep and originally contained 72 packs. Great design w/image on lid of Patrick McGoohan as John Drake (Danger Man/Secret Agent Man) w/die-cut simulated bullet holes. Additional related images on side panels. Glue staining to interior as once neatly flattened but now assembled as intended. Outside shows only lt. aging and displays VF. A rare box. Lot also includes four cards and pair of wrappers, all w/some tape/glue staining as once mounted for archival purposes. From the Bruce Weiner Collection/Fleer Archives.
