Item Description
13-15/16x22-1/8". Original printing. Listed in Art of Rock as plate 2.160. Advertising three concerts over the Memorial Day weekend w/days of the week hand blacked out at top, as is common on almost every example we have encountered. These concerts also featured Charlie Mussellwhite and Petris. Bottom right corner has bump and two light folds. A very well flattened diagonal fold through the lower right quadrant. Corner bump at top left and horizontal fold along 2" at extreme top right corner. VF. No pin holes and colors remain fresh and bold. The Carousel Ballroom was short lived but produced some of the most coveted posters of the era including this striking Alton Kelly design that is among the most popular.
