8" long. Perched eagle at top of design and facsimile signature below. Horizontal and vertical separations in top and bottom margins, tiny hole affecting the base of portrait frame, vertical and diagonal fabric pulls affecting signature and lower edge of design. VG. A scarce ribbon that retains a striking display presence.
