4x8" embossed woven paper. Gilt embossed eagle perched on an American flag over a highly filigreed oval frame w/silhouette of Taylor captioned "President Zachary Taylor Born In 1784 Died July 9th 1850". Additional text at bottom features Taylor's last words. Vibrant color and display elements found here, especially for a memorial ribbon. Tiny hole at top center and faint light brown toning. Fine. Scarce.
