A crowd approaching 10,000 attended the event that featured Stokely Carmichael then transitioning from his lead role at SNCC having accepted the position of "Honorary Prime Minister" of the BPP. NM displaying Mint. An important historical button from the Bay area combining the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) and BPP.
