Item Description
3.75x6.75x7/8" deep box w/lid marked "With Lapel Cord" on top and side panels contains 1-7/8" dia. black enamel and nickel case watch. Issued by Ingersoll c. 1937-1938. Box is complete w/illustrated die-cut insert that has applied label noting price of $2.50. Insert has some wear by die-cut areas and box shows some edge/corner tip wear but remains tight w/no splits. Insert is Fine, box itself is Fine/VF overall. Dial features image of Mickey Mouse, w/animated hands. Back of case has large full body Mickey decal. Original lapel cord is faded but remains attached w/5/8" dia. brass button w/clear dome over Mickey image. This has a few tiny surface flakes under dome as made. Watch has a few tiny flakes of black off case but decal remains 99% complete. Crystal has yellowed w/age and dial has faded. Working. Fine overall. Rare Mickey Mouse watch and one of the few complete boxed sets we've offered in our 53 years.
