Item Description
Lot of three unlined notebooks, measuring between 5.75x8.25" and 7x9.75". Made in Japan exclusively for the Japanese market by Seika, 1966. Covers feature "Batman" name in Japanese text as well as stylized depictions of characters from the 1966 "Batman" TV series; inside front/back covers feature line art repeated from other covers in this lot, w/larger notebook featuring different art inside front cover. Each features same back cover photo image of Adam West and Burt Ward as Batman and Robin. Unused. A few minor pinch creases to spine for o/w Exc.  to NM. Rare. From the collection of Chip Kidd, renowned author, graphic designer and pop culture enthusiast extraordinaire.
