Item Description
Large and impressive 19.75x22.75" frame contains artboard w/mixed media original artwork used for producing 1952 Jaymar Donald Duck puzzle, from "Walt Disney Character 4 Kiddies' Jigsaw Puzzles" boxed set. Wonderful art has been matted to 13.5x17" and depicts and upset looking Donald mopping floor as an angry Daisy Duck oversees and his nephews laugh. 1.5x5.5" area of glue staining at top right where caption label was once applied. This is not overly distracting and main art still displays Exc. as professionally matted and framed. Ready for display. All vintage Walt Disney original art for products and merchandising is very rare, and this is a particularly nice example. Comes w/complete boxed example of the puzzle set, showcasing Donald art that was double-published; as the puzzle itself and the set's box lid art. Box shows obvious wear and is VG while puzzles remains NM.
