"Terror Tales" Vol. 2 #2 published by Popular Publications, Inc. in Feb. 1935. Cover by Rudolph W. Zirm showing bound woman about to be sacrificed by long dagger that drips blood. Some minor female nudity within. Complete and unfaded cover and spine, tight pulp shows some lt. wear and cream-colored pages remain supple. Fine overall and a choice example. "Bookery's Guide To Pulps & Related Magazines" value in stated condition = $200. "Uncanny Tales" ("Tales Of Horror And Terror") Vol. 3 #2 published by Manvis Publications, Inc. in Feb. 1935. From first series; only five issues were published in total. Cover features man entering spaceship w/raygun blasting in an attempt to save scantily clad woman from two aliens, one holding syringe. Cover shows moderate wear w/edge creases and two small line impressions on woman's face on front cover. Cream-colored pages remain supple though w/some scattered edge wear; first two pages have tears at lower right. VG.
