Item Description
Lot of four 3.75x7.5" illustrated display cards, each w/1" dia. toy watch w/tin case, plastic crystal and leatherette strap. Dial illustration and strap colors vary, w/three featuring "Howdy Doody" watch face w/other featuring TV set design. All have die-cut openings that feature miniature Howdy Doody face on a very sensitive spring that causes it to jiggle rapidly and produce ticking sound by slightest touch. Manufactured by "Ever Tick," ©1950 Kagran. Cards features same design w/Howdy Doody, Dilly Dally and Princess portraits. Cards have some aging and show scattered wear and three have moderate creasing. Fine overall. Watches are lightly aged and Exc. w/exception of brown strap/TV dial variety, which shows oxidation to metal pieces and is VG.
