5/8" litho w/Standard Emblem Co. New York on reverse. The women's group was founded in 1922 through NAACP w/Mary Talbert as its leader. The group worked to raise funds in support of the Dyer Anti Lynching Bill. Tiny diagonal scratch in blue field at 12 o'clock otherwise only light paint wear. Extremely Fine. Rare.
