7.75" long. Silk. Woodcut portrait of Clay encircled by oak leaf border w/full name below. Additional text "Tariff," "The Nation's Choice" and campaign poem at bottom. Paper clip stains in top margin and scattered pin holes. Text "1844" hand inscribed at right of "Clay". Damp staining throughout but portrait remains clear. Good. Rare. We cannot recall seeing this particular ribbon in commerce during the past decade.
