9.25" long w/W&H label on reverse. Ribbon reads "Founders Day Celebration In Germantown Oct. 6, 1908." Suspended from the "Aid" hanger is a 1.5" real photo button w/edge wear around circumference but otherwise extremely clean. Ribbons have light age toning and minor wear. Overall Extremely Fine. Rare.
