Issued for events on March 5, 1946 at the midwestern college where Churchill delivered his "Sinews Of Peace" address that included the iconic line "From Stettin In The Baltic To Trieste In The Adriatic An Iron Curtain Has Descended Across The Continent" referencing the Soviet domination of Eastern Europe. A faint hairline scratch in field at 3 o'clock visible only in reflected light. Otherwise only light wear. Exc. displaying Mint. Scarce and historic.
