At top "Vote McKinley Citizens Ticket" w/portrait featuring text "Pennsylvania Will Head The Column To Victory Nov. 3rd 1896" and below is portrait w/text "Our Next Sheriff Alex Crow Jr." Crow won this Philadelphia County campaign. Tiny specs of missing paper along bottom edge most notably affecting left corner. VF. Scarce.
