6x16.75x3.75 deep box opens to reveal Adventure City, two free standing buildings, figures of Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk and nine villains including - Green Goblin, Lizard, Mysterio, Rhino, Dr. Octopus, Abomination, Leader, Ringmaster and Tiger Shark. Box is designed w/carry handle. Tara Toy Corp., ©1978 Marvel Comics Group. Box remains factory-sealed, but shrink-wrap has some splits at end. Main panel has some price sticker residue and has small piece missing from sticker removal. Despite shrink-wrap issue, box remains factory-sealed and Exc./NM.
