Box back is unpunched and has nice cut out card featuring large Green Goblin artwork based on John Romita art. Figure is all original w/satchel and boots. Box has lt. aging/wear. Small tear top flap. Original price sticker. Lt. small surface crease on one side. Window is tight. Displays Exc. Figure is NM as produced in box.
