Item Description
3". 1960. Oval portraits w/last names above and offices in banner below. Vertical hairline scratch at 8 o'clock outer edge and a tiny scratch affecting the first "C" in "Democratic." Otherwise only light paint wear. NM. Overall one of the cleanest examples we've encountered.
