12x17.5". Bold headline "Victory! Victory! Grand Jubilee!" and advertising a "Grand Jollification, Over The Recent Glorious National Victory, In Mansfield, On Wednesday Eve., Nov. 11, 1868." The two pro-Grant marching clubs "Will Parade With Torches And Transparencies". Five horizontal and one vertical fold. Scattered age toning and edge wear. Fine. The only example we've seen in our 53 years.
