Item Description
Pair of items from c. 1910-1915 featuring Santa Claus. 10.25x12-1/8" softcover book w/12 pages. Published by Charles E. Graham & Co., this is No. 043 in "St. Nicholas Series." Illustrated storybook has bw and color illustrations throughout. Scattered aging/dust soiling, cover has some corner tip/edge wear and handling creases to cover. Pinch creases to spine. Pages remain clean. Fine overall. 9x14" die-cut mask was issued as a premium from Buffalo, NY department store Adam, Meldrum & Anderson Co, w/imprint on back including image of store and noted arrival of "King Santa Claus" in his "Gasoline Air Wagon" for store's toy delivery. Brown paper tape repair to one string hole. Mask shows moderate handling wear w/all over creasing and is VG overall.
