Item Description
Original Ralston Purina mailer box contains 5x5x1.5" deep green hard plastic binoculars. 1953 Ralston premium. Box has no mailing label and shows some scattered wear at tab, which has been reattached w/tape. Box is Fine. Binoculars have cardboard inserts on top/bottom w/"Space Patrol" rocketship logo. Additional recessed "Space Patrol" logo between lenses. Complete w/elastic band. NM and as nice as they come. 1 lb., 2 oz. size box of "Instant Ralston" cereal that has been neatly opened as intended on side and emptied. Box is o/w in its original state w/box wrapper still sealed in place. Back of box has offers for "Man-From-Mars Totem Head" and "Space Patrol Space Binoculars" premiums. Both were available for 25¢ and one box top each. Box shows some aging and corner tip/edge wear w/creases at corners. Fine. Rare to obtain as a set w/the cereal box offering this classic Space Patrol premium.
