Item Description
First issue 3.5x5.75" single-sided photocard issued by Parlophone Records in Oct. 1962. Card shows the band in matching neckties recording in the studio and has been signed in blue ink by all four members by their respective images. Card was signed Oct./Nov. 1962 and is one of the earliest sets of Beatles autographs featuring Ringo Starr, who had joined the band just a few shorts months prior, first recording w/the band on Sept. 4, 1962. Card has some corner tip wear and lt. edge wear but remains VF overall w/Exc. signatures. Signed first issue Parlophone cards are very rare and desirable, and are almost always signed on the back. This is one of two known examples to be signed on the front, making it an extremely rare signed Beatles item. Comes with Hake's COA and LOA from Frank Caiazzo, noted Beatles autograph expert.
