Cover features photograph of a large parade demonstration and additional text "We March To Secure Quality Education And A Better Life For All The Children Of Chicago." Reverse has headline "Why We Confront The Mayor" and text highlighting Mayor Richard J. Daley's unwillingness to replace "The Superintendent Responsible For Chicago's Crisis In Education."
