Classic Pushead art on A, live concert shot on B. Complete w/original plastic sleeve w/cardstock insert. Side A is boldly signed in black felt tip pen by James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Jason Newsted. NM. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
