Item Description
28x42" poster printed c. 1920 features large portrait image of a turban-clad Alexander w/"Alexander" name at top and "The Man Who Knows" tagline at bottom. Claude Alexander Conlin (1880-1954), aka Alexander, was an American spiritual author and vaudeville magician who specialized in mentalism and psychic reading acts. Originally folded, poster has been linen-mounted w/some minor color touch-ups along fold lines. Lower right has some scattered faint moisture staining w/some affecting Alexander's name and top margin. Top left has restoration to tears in area of first four letters of Alexander's name. Poster o/w retains vivid red color. Displays Fine.
