Item Description
This 1937 ring features adjustable brass bands in the shape of a pair of cobras. They join at the top on each side of a scarab, which is finished in dark green enamel paint. Post's used this ring for two of their sponsored radio shows, former FBI agent Melvin Purvis-hosted "Junior G-Men" and aviation star Frank Hawks' "Hawk's Trail." Ring retains full bright gold luster. The scarab, quite susceptible to paint loss, has only two near microscopic air bubble/holes w/paint nearly 100% complete. High grade, NM example, as nice as these come and rare as such.
