Item Description
11x17" on cream card stock. Advertising a concert "Friday, January 20, 8:00pm" at the "Aragon Ballroom" w/"Special Guest Stars" the Joan Jett-led band "The Runaways." Featuring cover photo from the Ramones first album w/a cut and paste DIY aesthetic. The design also features safety pins and a dystopian scene of a bombed out city. Margin has 14 pin holes contained to top and bottom l/r/center and two tiny spots of foxing at lower right. Otherwise faint age toning and edge wear. Fine. The seminal NYC punk band was touring on the heels of their Nov. 1977 album "Rocket To Russia." A rare poster from a notable Midwest venue.
