Item Description
From same animated anti-drug PSA commercial as previous item, this color model features more of gray hue to Cyborg's metal components (see following lot for different color) than was used in final production. Cel has taped to backing paper at top, backing paper having handwritten note reading "OK'd By Phone By Neil Pozner - 3/7/84." Pozner was DC's Art Director. Image has been hand-painted. Exc. Scarce color model for this PSA.
