22x23". Stars around border w/military portrait at center and text below "Farmer, Scholar, Soldier, Statesman." Listed in Threads Of History as #480 on p.222. Scattered faint light brown foxing blending into blue background. Otherwise only a light horizontal fold and faint even age. VF. Among the top bandanas from the 1880 campaign. See matching Hancock item #78.
