Candid image of JFK and Bert Liss, President of the Indiana Cab Co. in South Bend, IN who was a delegate to the 1960 Democratic National Convention. Light surface wear under magnification. Exc. displaying Mint. A second variety of this is known that reads "Who Is This Fellow With Bert Liss." We can not recall either appearing at auction in our 53 years.
