Item Description
"The Manhattan Projects" is a comic book series co-created by writer Jonathan Hickman and artist Nick Pitarra published by Image Comics, debuting in 2012. It is a story about an alternate history of the end of World War II in which the Manhattan Project was a front for other more esoteric Sci-Fi ideas. Offered here is 11x17" artboard w/pen and ink original art by Pitarra for issue #8, published Jan. 2013. Page features four panels that show Wernher Von Braun attempting to pull wires in attempt to "kill" machine. The order of these panels was altered for publication, appearing on pages 20-21. Exc.
