1912. Full name in banner below portrait. Remnants of ribbon once attached under collet at 6 o'clock. A thin vertical .25 long bump on Wilson's nose that is only visible in reflected light. Otherwise only light oxidation on reverse and air marks in field flanking Wilson. VF. Full gloss and displaying beautifully. John Pendergrass Collection.
