Item Description
Only 7,500 of these 2" medals were struck. Truman profile portrait in raised relief is on obverse and reverse is centered by goddess figure flanked by inscription "Harry S. Truman Inaugurated/President Of The United States January 20, 1949." The finish on these medals was very susceptible to spotting but this example, except for trivial pinpoint light dot of tarnish on his hair, displays Mint.
