6x7". Sealed 9-volt battery adapter with Mantle endorsement and notation below his image "Mickey Mantle Endorses All Fedtro Audio Products." ©1967. Different image of Mantle on back. Obvious wear from handling with corner splits to cardboard/general wear. VG. Adapter is NM as packaged.
