Item Description
2.5x3.5". Curt Flood played for the Cincinnati Redlegs 1956-57, St. Louis Cardinals 1958-59, Washington Senators 1971. Flood was a three-time All-Star, a two-time World Series champ (1964, 1967), a Gold Glove winner for seven consecutive seasons and batted over .300 in six seasons. Flood also paved the way for free agency in MLB during the 1970s by challenging baseball's reserve clause, which bound players to their current teams and prevented them from choosing where they would like to play.
