2.25x3.5" plastic sleeve w/bar pin holds card w/serial "No. 1032" on front. Presidential seal at top left and "Sponsored By The State Democratic Executive Committee Of Texas." Right and left edges are slightly curled and there is a faint bump from the bar pin on reverse. Exc. The event, scheduled for Nov. 22, 1963 was canceled after the tragic events in Dallas.
