Item Description
7" tall. Cast iron by J. & E. Stevens. Butler, the 1884 National Greenback Labor Party presidential nominee, is portrayed as a 'green back' frog w/text along arms reads "Bonds And Toddy For The Masses". Horizontal hairline crack extending from the right of Butler's mouth. Paint wear notably affecting Butler's head and the base but retaining much of its original paint. VG. Retains original trap. Scarce.
