Item Description
Pair of 5.75" tall (10" tall to top of raised handle) tin litho pails made in England by Happynak, 1950s. These are the largest size pails made by Happynak. First features wraparound scene of Mickey Mouse wearing various different hats. Bottom features fish sand mold w/"Happynak Series - Made In England" text. Handle and rims show some scattered aging/wear. Exterior remains bright and glossy w/just lt. wear in the form of small paint flakes. Most evident along seam. Interior has some oxidation along inner edges. Fine/VF. Scarce. Second features portraits of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Pluto. Bottom features crab sand mold. Moderate paint wear to top rim but o/w pail shows relatively little wear aside from a few tiny paint flakes to exterior. VF.
