8.5x11" on yellow stock. Advertising an event "September 15, 1962" at the "Corner Of 7th Ave. And 125th St." in New York City. Text of note: "Let President Kennedy Know Harlem Stands Behind Bill Worthy" and Worthy listed as "Foreign Correspondent Of The Baltimore Afro-American" and noting "Convicted By U.S. Justice Department For The 'Crime' Of Coming Home To His Native Land 'Without A Passport.'" Speakers of note include "James Farmer" and "Minister Malcolm X." Two horizontal mailing folds otherwise only light handling wear. Exc. Malcolm X material is notoriously scarce and this is a fine example of of a historic civil rights flyer.
