1.25" cello. w/"Colorado Badge & Nov. Co." back paper. Text reads "Relief Day For Jewish War Sufferers By Proclamation Of The President Of The U.S.A. Thurs., Jan. 27 1916." Scattered light brown stains contained to the outer perimeter. VF. Ribbon is 6.5" long. At top "Volunteer" w/additional text below graphic "For Jewish War Sufferers Under Auspices Joint Chicago Relief Committee." Separation at lower left, moisture stains in lower right field, edge and handling wear. VG. Rare.
