Item Description
7.25x10" on thin blue paper. Addressed to "Hon. Ira Brown White Co. Ind." English informs Brown that he is a "Candidate For Enrolling Clerk Of The House Of Reps. The Evening Session" and requests his support adding "By Giving Me Your Support You Will Do Me A Favor Which I Will Cheerfully Reciprocate Should An Opportunity Ever Occur- In Haste." The hand written letter is signed at conclusion "Respectfully Your Able Servant Wm. H. English." Two each vertical and horizontal folds w/a tiny hole at each junction. Reverse has mark from wax seal and age toning along fold lines. Fine. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
